OUR MISSION

Protecting The Future

Sustainability at Indegate

At Indegate, we promote Sustainability by taking into consideration the various economic, environmental and social aspects. We integrate its principles into our governance and aim to build sustainable and inclusive economic growth to value available resources and preserve them for the future.

To that end, we align our strategic choices towards a steady balance between economic drivers and the socio-environmental impacts of our business.

Our Vision

We launched the Indegate Sustainability Program to improve performance in environmental and social Sustainability in the medium and long term.

We aim to advance adoption of the Ten Principles and the responsible business practices espoused therein by the private sector in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Africa Strategy aims to accelerate impact with a multifaceted approach that is built upon four essential factors:

A clear strategic vision

An Ambitious & Targeted Growth Plan

A well-defined value proposition

A Fit-for-Purpose Operating Model

The 3 Principles Of Sustainability

Growing Impact Through Focus.

Driving Inclusive Impact.

Leveraging Associations.

Joining the United Nations Global Compact

The United Nations Global Compact is a call to action for all companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with Ten Principles in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, the Environment and Anti-Corruption

We have further strengthened our commitment by joining the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

This is a major step we sought to take and whereby we formally undertake to share, support and apply a set of fundamental principles in our sphere of influence, from human rights to labour standards, from environmental protection to the fight against corruption.
